The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Designing, testing, and refining structured prompts for LLMs

- Building reusable prompt libraries and frameworks

- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to integrate prompts into applications

- Evaluating and optimizing AI outputs for tone, accuracy, and context

Ideal Candidate :

- Background in AI, linguistics, UX writing, or related field

- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

- Knowledge of few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and context optimization

- Familiar with LangChain or LlamaIndex (a plus)

- Excellent written communication and creativity

- Strong analytical and detail orientation
