Key Responsibilities :

- L3 Production Support & Incident Management : Own and resolve critical production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless application performance.

- Legacy Codebase Ownership & Reverse Engineering : Understand, document, and maintain legacy .NET WebForms applications, reverse-engineering complex modules as needed.

- Modernization & Migration Leadership : Lead initiatives to modernize and migrate legacy applications to .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks.

- Attendance Device & Protocol Integration : Manage integrations with enterprise devices and communication protocols to ensure reliable data exchange.

- Server & Infrastructure Management : Oversee application servers, databases, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal configuration and uptime.

- Team Leadership & Mentoring : Guide, mentor, and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Technical Expertise :

- Legacy .NET & Windows Stack (WebForms, ASP.NET)

- Modernization Stack : .NET Core, modern frontend frameworks

- Database & SQL proficiency

- Reverse engineering & .NET internals

- Reporting & system integration

Domain Knowledge :

- Experience with enterprise applications involving complex business logic

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage support ownership, and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Experience :

- 8+ years of overall software development experience

- 5+ years working on .NET / ASP.NET applications, including legacy WebForms

- 3+ years in a Tech Lead or senior individual contributor role with production support ownership

- Prior experience with long-running enterprise products with complex business logic
