Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementation and support projects.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical SMEs.

- Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, task allocation, budgeting, and resource management.

- Drive execution of SAP projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting, status updates, and governance reviews.

- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including developers, functional consultants, testers, and business analysts.

- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, architectural standards, and performance best practices.

- Support the creation of project charters, proposals, estimations, and other documentation.

- Translate business requirements into effective SAP PM solutions, leveraging domain expertise and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with strong focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations and support projects across diverse industries.

- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, lifecycle models, estimation methodologies, and quality frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in project scheduling, task management, resource coordination, and budget tracking.

- Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.

- Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integration frameworks, and performance engineering.

- Domain knowledge to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and collaboration capabilities.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, EAM) in integration with SAP PM.

- Exposure to S/4HANA project management and transformation programs.

- Familiarity with project tools like MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, etc.
