We are looking for a Solution-oriented Project Manager with strong technical depth and hands-on capability to design, orchestrate, and deliver digital solutions across multiple technology stacks. This role combines project management, technical solutioning, workflow automation, and AI-driven application development.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of engineering discipline, modern coding practices, low-code/no-code expertise, and the ability to convert business problems into scalable, automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solutioning & Technical Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end solution design, including integrations, and application workflows.

- Evaluate and recommend the right technology stacks (cloud, APIs, databases, workflow engines) for each project.

- Create functional prototypes, POCs, and architecture documentation to validate and socialize solutions.

- Drive build vs. buy decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost- efficient.

AI & Modern Application Development :

- Build and integrate AI-powered features (intelligent bots, ML-based insights, automated prediction models).

- Use contemporary coding practices API first development, microservices, CI/CD, containerization - to support rapid delivery.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to clean coding, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native standards.

Workflow Automation & Low-Code Platforms :

- Exposure to workflow tools (e.g. Kissflow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Centrl, Power Automate) to streamline and automate business processes.

- Leverage low-code/no-code platforms to develop quick-turnaround applications for operational teams.

- Own the requirements, mapping, and orchestration of enterprise workflows across departments.

Project & Delivery Management :

- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Projects.

- Run sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify risks, lead mitigation planning, and ensure compliance and security guidelines are followed.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and infrastructure teams.

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication :

- Work closely with business teams to translate needs into technical requirements and implementation roadmaps.

- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, and solution workshops.

- Present solutions, demo prototypes, and communicate progress to CXO-level stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL or similar languages.

- Knowledge of microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, serverless, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Strong understanding of workflow automation, low-code tools, and integration frameworks.

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, model integration, and prompt engineering.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and agile delivery.

Qualifications :
