We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to drive large-scale Workday to ADP Global Payroll integration programs across multiple geographies. The role requires extensive experience managing HR transformation initiatives, deep understanding of HCM data flows, and strong project governance capabilities.
This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders-HR, Payroll, Technology, Finance, ADP vendors, Workday COE, and global business leads-to ensure successful rollout of integrations, accurate payroll data mapping, and compliance with local statutory requirements across 60+ countries.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Program Management :
- Own delivery of Workday - ADP integration across multi-region payroll transformation programs.
- Manage project scoping, estimation, resource planning, and end-to-end release management.
Workday-ADP Integration Management :
- Manage integrations for :
1. ADP GlobalView (SAP-based payroll)
2. ADP Celergo (global payroll hub)
3. ADP Workforce Now / eTime / Streamline
- Oversee configuration alignment, payroll interface mapping, transformation logic, and downstream reporting.
- Manage PECI/PICOF-based integrations, EIB flows, and custom integration logic.
- Work closely with Workday integration developers to define mapping for :
1. Worker data
2. Compensation
3. Time & attendance
4. Absence data
5. Payroll results
6. Pay groups & costing
Global Rollout & Country Enablement :
- Lead parallel rollouts covering 60+ countries, ensuring compliance with local payroll legislation.
Data Readiness, Mapping & Validation :
- Oversee worker data extraction, cleansing, alignment, and transformation activities.
- Manage data mapping between Workday HCM and ADP payroll systems (country-specific).
- Lead data validation cycles :
1. Pre-load validation
2. Post-load audits
3. Reconciliation and error resolution
- Ensure high-quality mapping for pay components, org structures, position data, attendance data, and costing.
Testing Leadership (SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Testing) :
- Define test strategy, test cycles, scope, and acceptance criteria.
Cutover & Go-Live Management :
- Create detailed cutover plans including sequencing, dependencies, and responsible owners.
- Ensure readiness for :
1. Data conversion
2. Interface activation
3. Payroll calendar alignment
4. Production migration reviews
- Lead go-live war rooms and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Build stabilization plans to ensure payroll accuracy and timely cycles.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management :
- Work with Workday COE, HR Transformation teams, ADP implementation teams, and country payroll leads.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation :
- Maintain project governance: RAID logs, risk heatmaps, dependency matrices, audit trail documentation.
- Ensure compliance with :
1. GDPR and global data privacy laws
2. Regional payroll statutory requirements
3. Internal audit & SOX controls
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, mapping documents, testing artifacts, and operational handover packets.
