Project Manager - Web Applications & CRM

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple web application and CRM development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client and team communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.

- Manage client communication, expectations, and project documentation.

- Use tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for task and project tracking.

- Perform basic technical evaluations or troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the tech team.

- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or custom CRMs).

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
