Project Manager - Trading Platform Development

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical and domain expertise to drive the delivery of our trading platform projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C++, Trading Platforms, and MQL, and a deep understanding of financial markets technology. Hands-on experience in coding, QA, testing, and successful product launches is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving risks.

- Report progress, issues, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

- Champion agile methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience managing complex projects in trading platform or financial services technology domains.

- Solid understanding of trading systems architecture and order execution workflows.

- Hands-on technical background in C++ development.

- Experience with Meta Quotes Language (MQL) and algorithmic trading strategies.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of compliance, security, and performance considerations in trading platforms.

- Hands-on experience in coding, QA, testing, and product launch.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on discount brokerage or retail trading platforms.

- Familiarity with FIX protocol and real-time data feeds.

- Previous experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
