Project Manager/Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.

- Identify and remove impediments to keep teams unblocked and productive.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Agile maturity, process efficiency, and team performance.

- Facilitate clear communication, ensuring transparency and visibility into team progress and deliverables.

- Partner with product owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, reports, and dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to PMP and Agile best practices, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- PMP Certification mandatory.

- 6 to 10 years of professional experience, including :

- Project management in mid to large-scale environments

- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to influence teams, resolve conflicts, and drive outcomes in a collaborative environment.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience working in product-based, technology, or enterprise transformation environments.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
