Responsibilities :


- Project Leadership : Lead Salesforce projects through the entire lifecyclefrom planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Requirements Management : Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.

- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and working towards a shared vision.

- Resource Management : Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time project completion.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver optimal solutions.

- Best Practices & Governance : Ensure all projects adhere to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies.

- Change Management : Support user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and overall change management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management with a techno-functional background.

- Salesforce Skills : Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, workflows, and Process Builder.

- Platform Knowledge : A strong understanding of core Salesforce platforms, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

- Methodology : Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certifications : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a strong plus.

- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
