Project Manager - SaaS Implementations

The Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer implementations and SaaS product deployments.This role partners closely with customers, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Integration teams to ensure predictable delivery,strong governance, and successful outcomes for enterprise and global customers.

What You'll Do :

- Own customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live and stabilization

- Lead customer-facing meetings, providing regular updates and managing expectations

- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, timelines, and risks

- Define and manage scope, milestones, success criteria, and change requests

- Coordinate with Product teams on feature dependencies and roadmap impacts

- Drive cross-functional execution using agile delivery practices

- Establish and run governance forums including PMO and steering committee reviews

- Manage global implementations across regions and time zones

- Oversee large enterprise deployments including high-value customers

- Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage escalations

- Continuously improve delivery processes and governance standards

You Might Be a Fit If :

- You have experience managing SaaS or enterprise technology implementations

- You are comfortable in client-facing, stakeholder-heavy environments

- You have worked closely with Product and Engineering teams

- You have experience delivering global or multi-region projects

- You bring strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points :

- Experience with large enterprise or Fortune 100 customers

- Background in program or portfolio management

- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
