Job Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager with 10-14 years of expertise in managing CMS-based web development projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, execution, and client interaction, with a deep understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, or AEM.

Responsibilities :

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Perform project planning, estimation, and risk management

- Ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs

- Promote a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning

- Review and validate milestone deliverables including wireframes, specifications, and designs

- Resolve challenges related to CMS integrations, dependencies, and timelines

- Conduct feasibility analysis of project requirements and technical specifications

Requirements :

- Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

- Strong analytical and technical documentation review skills

- Proven experience with Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, or similar CMS platforms

- Ability to lead client meetings and ensure clarity across project lifecycle

- Hands-on experience in SLA-driven delivery models

- Strong understanding of dependencies and technical challenges in CMS implementation
