Project Manager Directories & Infrastructure Access

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a deep technical background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead critical initiatives within our Infrastructure Access division. In this role, you will oversee the deployment and enhancement of Access Management Portals, ensuring secure, seamless, and compliant access across our global Unix-based environments.

Core Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : End-to-end management of complex IAM projects, specifically focusing on Directories and Infrastructure Access Portals.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between technical engineering teams, security compliance, and business stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.

- Technical Oversight : Provide strategic guidance on the integration of Unix-based systems and privileged access management solutions.

- Risk & Compliance : Ensure all access management workflows meet global security standards and internal audit requirements.

- Operations & Transition : Manage the lifecycle of Infrastructure Access Portals, from design and development to production support and decommissioning.

Technical Skills & Experience :

- IAM Expertise : 810 years of dedicated experience in Project Management within the IAM space.

- Portal Management : Proven track record managing Access Management Portals and Infrastructure Access Portals.

- Unix & Privileged Access : Hands-on experience with Unix environments and specialized knowledge in PowerBroker (BeyondTrust) for privileged identity management.

- Directory Services : Strong exposure to Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and how they integrate with infrastructure access layers.

- Methodologies : Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or CISSP are highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear project milestones.
