Job Title : PMO / Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Project Manager Oracle HCM

Mandatory Requirements :
Experience : 8+ years in Project/Program Management or PMO roles
Domain : Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementations or support (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.)
Project Management :
- Strong track record of delivering mid to large-scale Oracle HCM projects
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Skilled in managing project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder communication
Tools :
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Project tracking tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end project execution for Oracle HCM implementation/enhancement/support projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives (if Agile), and manage delivery milestones
- Create high-quality Google Slide decks for leadership and steering committee reviews
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and compliance requirements
Nice to Have :
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting tools or analytics
- Familiarity with integrations involving Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems
- Understanding of HR domain workflows and global HR compliance
Soft Skills :
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
