Project Manager Odoo

Experience : 9+ Years

Location : Ahmedabad/Mumbai

What you will do in this role :

Manage Client Relationships :

- You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Your role will involve regular communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams :

- You will work with off-shore teams across different functions, managing time zone differences and ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards project goals.

Facilitate Project Execution :

- You will act as a bridge between teams, facilitating smooth project execution by addressing challenges and unblocking progress.

- Conducting daily sync-up meetings will be key to tracking progress and maintaining alignment.

Oversee Task Management :

- You will follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.

- Monitoring project progress and developing mitigation strategies will be crucial for project success.

Enhance Training and Development :

- You will create and manage internal training materials, coordinate external training sessions, and encourage innovation to improve project efficiency.

Prepare Proposals and Quotes :

- You will assist in preparing accurate project quotes and proposals, aligning them with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

Communicate Progress and Feedback :

- Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.

- Engage proactively with clients to gather feedback and identify new business opportunities.

What qualifications you will need :

- Experience : 9+ Years. Should have relevant experience minimum 2+ Years exp in Odoo with latest version.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 4+ Years of Experience of Odoo-ERP system. Successful Odd ERP Implementation experience with at least 3 Full Lifecycle End to End implementations in any other well-known ERP Systems

- Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams

- Experience working with off-shore teams and managing time zone differences.

- Experience in preparing project quotes and proposals is advantageous.

Skills :

- Client Management : Strong ability to collaborate with clients, define project scopes, and manage expectations.

- Team Coordination : Proficiency in working with off-shore teams, managing time zone differences, and ensuring smooth project execution.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to regularly update stakeholders and senior management.

- Training and Development : Ability to create internal training materials and facilitate external training sessions.

- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Innovation and Improvement : Proactive attitude towards implementing new methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency.

Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps is a plus.

- Proficiency in creating internal training materials and coordinating training sessions.
