Project Manager - NetSuite

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager with combined functional and technical expertise, ideally with exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or professional services. This role requires a unique blend of business process knowledge, hands-on NetSuite configuration skills, technical development oversight, and strong project management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design to customization, integration, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead and manage full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization projects.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.

- Manage change requests, resource allocations, and project governance.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

- Map business processes to NetSuite capabilities, with expertise in core modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, Procurement, and Order Management.

- Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, and reports to support business requirements.

- Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to maximize system adoption.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and coordinate NetSuite customizations, scripting (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow automation, SuiteTalk integrations, and API developments.

- Lead data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Collaborate with developers to design and implement robust technical solutions.

- Ensure alignment of system architecture with scalability and performance best practices.

Collaboration & Support :

- Act as the bridge between business users, functional consultants, and technical/development teams.

- Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support.

- Stay informed about latest NetSuite releases and emerging ERP technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in project management with NetSuite ERP.

- Proven functional expertise in ERP business processes, preferably including manufacturing, inventory, and financials.

- Proven technical expertise with NetSuite customization, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (API), and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

- Experience in data migration, integration with third-party systems, and technical troubleshooting.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteScript Developer) highly desirable.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.

- Background in both consulting and in-house ERP project delivery.

- Multi-project handling in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
