About the Role :

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT Transformation Projects, driving enterprise-wide implementations of IT infrastructure, cloud, and application development solutions. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact initiatives that enable business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, covering Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure phases.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Track and manage project financials and deliver regular performance and progress reports.

- Lead complex IT projects across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application Development domains.

- Collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers to ensure project success.

- Oversee multiple high-impact projects while balancing evolving business priorities.

- Manage relationships and communication with senior business stakeholders.

- Drive organizational productivity initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Ensure adherence to established project delivery standards, including :

- On-time project completion

- Effective risk and issue management

- Clear and proactive stakeholder communication, including conducting SteerCo meetings

- Compliance with PM tools and DevBoard updates

- Comprehensive documentation across all project phases

Minimum Qualifications :

- B.Tech / MCA / MBA (IT) or equivalent from a reputed university.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, ACP, CSM, or SAFe (or equivalent).

- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, in addition to relevant domain experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders and managing full project or product lifecycles.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and influence teams.

- Proficiency in project management tools and technologies, such as Monday.com and Azure DevOps.
