We are seeking a senior ArchitectProject Manager (Infrastructure & Integrated Services) to fully own and lead large-scale, enterprise infrastructure transformation programs for global customers. This role demands a rare blend of deep infrastructure architecture expertise, consulting leadership, commercial awareness, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multi-tower infrastructure programs, integrated services engagements, and complex customer environments with stringent governance, security, and compliance requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, driving modernization, operational excellence, and value-based outcomes.

This is a critical leadership role with accountability across architecture, delivery, stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work in shifts is required based on customer needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Program & Delivery Leadership :

Fully own and lead end-to-end delivery of Infrastructure & Integrated Services programs, including :

- Datacenter Infrastructure

- Network & Security

- Compute, Storage, and Virtualization

- End-User Computing (EUC)

- ITSM / ITIL operations

- Automation, Monitoring, and Observability

- Define infrastructure transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, modernization paths, and operational improvement initiatives.

- Establish delivery governance models, execution frameworks, project KPIs, quality standards, and success metrics.

Drive value-based delivery outcomes with strong emphasis on :

- Delivery excellence

- Operational stability

- Customer satisfaction

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

Lead and govern architecture and design discussions across enterprise infrastructure domains :

- Datacenter & Cloud Infrastructure

- Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Architectures

- Virtualization Platforms

- Enterprise Network & Security Infrastructure

- IT Service Management & Integrated Operations

- Infrastructure Automation and Platform Integration

Review and approve :

- High-level designs and infrastructure blueprints

- Capacity planning and scalability models

- DR / BCP strategies

- Target operating models

Enable modernization initiatives including :

- Cloud migrations and hybrid transformations

- Infrastructure automation and zero-touch operations

- Platform integrations and tooling consolidation

Customer Engagement & Consulting :

Act as a trusted advisor to external enterprise customers by understanding business challenges and translating them into robust infrastructure strategies.

Conduct assessments, discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations for senior stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, risk mitigation, and value delivery.

Clearly articulate complex infrastructure concepts using real-world examples and scenario-based explanations.

Own large, complex deals, including multi-tower infrastructure transformations and integrated services contracts.

Lead commercial, technical, and delivery discussions simultaneously to ensure program success and customer confidence.

Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management :

Manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models as required.

Drive project governance, financial tracking, risk management, change controls, and compliance adherence.

Handle interdependencies across multiple domains including Cloud, Security, Network, Platforms, and Operations.

Manage global, distributed teams and navigate complex multi-vendor ecosystems.

Present project health, risks, decisions, and outcomes to :

- Customer leadership

- Steering committees

- Internal executive management

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1215 years of overall IT experience with strong leadership in enterprise infrastructure programs.

Deep expertise across :

- Datacenter Technologies : VMware, Hyper-V, Compute, Storage, Backup

- Enterprise Networking : LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancers

- Cloud Infrastructure : Azure, AWS, GCP (IAM, Networking, Monitoring, Infra Services)

- Infrastructure Automation : Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python

- ITSM / ITIL Processes and integrated service delivery

- Monitoring & Observability Platforms

- Security controls, compliance frameworks, and enterprise operational models

- Proven track record leading multi-domain, enterprise infrastructure transformation programs.

- Strong experience in external, customer-facing consulting engagements.

- Ability to manage multi-geography customers and global delivery teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

- Strong scenario-based problem-solving ability (e.g., outages, migration failures, capacity issues, vendor escalations).

- PMP Certification Mandatory.

- ITIL, Cloud Architect, and Infrastructure certifications (Cisco, VMware, Azure/AWS) are strong advantages.

- Willingness to work in shifts based on customer or project requirements.
