Project Manager II-Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to oversee our asset management projects in India. The ideal candidate will have 12- 15 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage asset management projects from initiation to closure.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project status and gather feedback.

- Ensure effective communication among all project participants and stakeholders.

- Facilitate project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records.

- Implement best practices in project management and asset management methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 12- 15 years of experience in project management, preferably within the asset management sector.

- Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
