Role Overview :

As a Project Manager - Front End, you will be responsible for leading and managing front-end development projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, create project plans, and track progress.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to guide project execution.

- Manage and coordinate front-end development teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential roadblocks to proactively address issues and keep projects on track.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, providing clear and concise updates to ensure transparency.

- Ensure the quality of front-end code and deliverables by implementing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and overseeing testing processes.

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex front-end development projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Proven expertise in front-end technologies, including React.js, Angular, and Javascript, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt methodologies to project needs.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in an on-site environment in Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram.
