About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) for one of our reputed MNC clients. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall implementation of the DMS project

- Plan, coordinate, and manage internal & external project resources

- Track project progress, ensuring timely & quality delivery

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements & define scope

- Identify & mitigate project risks and issues

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices & standards

- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders & management

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : MBA / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com

Certification (Mandatory) : PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in project management tools & methodologies

- Prior experience in DMS implementation (preferred)
