Role Overview :

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring that project milestones are met within the 35 LPA budget constraints of the project while maintaining superior quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing expectations and ensuring CSAT scores above 90%.

- Financial Oversight : Manage the P&L of the delivery unit, including resource utilization, billing, and margin optimization.

- Project Governance : Oversee multiple project streams (Java, .NET, Mobile) using Safe Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

- Team Building : Drive hiring, retention, and performance management for a unit of 50+ engineers.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delivery delays.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Management : 10+ years in IT, with at least 4 years in Project/Delivery Management.

- Methodology : PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.

- Tools : Mastery of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI for reporting.

- Soft Skills : Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive presentation skills.
