Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect-level Project Manager Data & AI to lead complex, enterprise-scale Data & AI programs for global customers. This role demands a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, consulting mindset, and project delivery leadership.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing external customer engagements, driving end-to-end delivery, and operating in large enterprise and GCC environments. You will be responsible for owning project success, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery while aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, architectural depth, and the flexibility to work in shifts as required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end Data & AI projects, ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and on-time execution.

- Drive large, complex, multi-domain initiatives involving :

1. Modern Data Platforms

2. Data Engineering and Analytics

3. AI/ML and MLOps solutions

4. Cloud-native architectures

5. Enterprise data transformation programs

- Define project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Ensure strong project governance, risk management, compliance, and documentation across all phases.

- Own and track project success metrics, continuously optimizing delivery processes and outcomes.

- Work directly with external enterprise customers, leading discussions on :

1. Architecture and solution design

2. Delivery models and timelines

3. Value realization and outcomes

- Drive complex customer engagements with a focus on customer satisfaction, transparency, and proactive communication.

- Clearly articulate and defend architectural decisions, trade-offs, and prior project experiences.

- Conduct scenario-based discussions and guide customers through strategic and technical decision-making.

- Act as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data & AI initiatives across the organization.

Provide architectural and technical guidance on :

1. Data Lakes and Data Warehouses

2. ETL / ELT pipelines

3. Modern analytics platforms

- Offer technical leadership to teams across diverse GCC and enterprise domains.

- Manage and influence senior stakeholders across technology, business, operations, and customer leadership.

- Present project health, risks, decisions, and outcomes to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.

- Drive seamless cross-functional coordination across engineering, architecture, operations, support, and customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 6to 8+ years in architecture and solution design roles.

- Strong background in Data & AI, including :

1. Data Engineering

2. Data Platforms

3. Analytics

4. AI / ML ecosystems

- Proven experience delivering consulting-led, external customer projects in enterprise-scale environments.

- Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs or deals with measurable business impact.

- Experience working with multi-geography and global customers.

- Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multi-layered and high-pressure scenarios.

- Excellent communication, leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate across multiple technology and business domains as required.

- PMP Certification Mandatory.

- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by project demands.
