Role Summary :

Manage execution timelines, sprint planning, dependencies, risks, budgets and stakeholder communication so the team keeps a predictable delivery rhythm.

Key Responsibilities :

- Run sprint planning, weekly reviews, milestone tracking and transparent progress reporting.

- Coordinate across business, data engineering, BI, analytics and architecture teams to remove blockers.

- Track risks, dependencies and budgets; maintain release readiness.

- Protect the team's focus time from scope creep and ad-hoc requests.

- Keep every workstream visible and on schedule without micromanaging technical decisions.

- Surface blockers early and resolve cross-team dependencies before they cause delays.

- Balance business urgency with realistic engineering timelines.

- Maintain clear, honest status communication with leadership; no surprises at deadline.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5 - 8 years managing software, data, analytics or AI development and delivery; agile/scrum experience.

- Strong risk, dependency and budget management.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

- PMP, PRINCE2 or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
