Project Manager - DAST/SAST

Job Title : Project Manager DAST/SAST (Application Security).

Experience Required : 10 15 Years.

Location : PUNE.

Job Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of application security projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of security professionals and developers.

- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to integrate security practices into SDLC.

- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and techniques.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare executive-level reports.

- Continuously improve processes and methodologies for DAST/SAST adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Application Security Testing (DAST, SAST) tools (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, Burp Suite, etc.)

- Proven track record of managing security projects across multiple applications and teams.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevSecOps practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.

- Certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or relevant security certifications.
