Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale security transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong Agile project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage complex programs in dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Agile project management with strong delivery governance, including RAID tracking (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

- Manage Cyber Security transformation programs and large, complex security projects end-to-end.

- Engage with senior stakeholders including CISO, Cyber Defense teams, Finance, PMO, and external vendors.

- Oversee POD-based resource allocation and provide leadership and coaching to globally distributed teams.

- Align technical security designs with business objectives and strategic priorities.

- Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and delivery timelines in fast-changing environments.

- Drive decision-making, approvals, and sign-offs through effective communication and influence.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Cyber Security or IT Security.

- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum project delivery and governance frameworks.

- Proven experience managing cyber security transformation initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.

- Experience handling budget, risk, dependency, and quality management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
