Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager Cybersecurity to join our clients dynamic environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a critical onsite role responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity initiatives that enhance the organizations security posture in compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cybersecurity transformation programs within banking or government sectors, and prior KSA project experience will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones aligned with cybersecurity and compliance goals.

- Lead the execution of cybersecurity projects such as SOC enhancement, IAM rollout, DLP deployment, vulnerability management automation, and SIEM upgrades.

- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, SOC, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Risk teams for seamless project implementation.

- Manage vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, quality standards, and timelines.

- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain updated mitigation plans and escalation protocols.

- Prepare project dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for senior management and audit reviews.

- Ensure all project activities comply with SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, ISO 27001, and NIST-based frameworks.

- Integrate cybersecurity initiatives with other enterprise transformation programs for holistic alignment.

- Maintain detailed project documentation including risk registers, change logs, project plans, and lessons learned.

- Coordinate with government and regulatory stakeholders (SAMA, NCA, CITC) for compliance validation, audits, and cybersecurity readiness assessments.

Technical & Professional Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing cybersecurity or infrastructure projects within banking, financial, or government sectors.

- Prior work experience in KSA cybersecurity projects is preferred.

- Strong understanding of SOC, IAM, DLP, SIEM, firewall, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management solutions.

- Proven expertise in multi-vendor project environments, coordinating between technical and business teams.

- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and regulatory compliance standards (SAMA, NCA, ISO 27001).

- Proficiency in project governance, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

- Familiarity with ITIL and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and COBIT.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Management

- CISM or CISSP Cybersecurity Governance

- ITIL v4 Foundation Service Delivery

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor Information Security Compliance

- Agile or Scrum Master (desirable for hybrid environments)
