Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and end-to-end project delivery within the Consumer & Retail domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing complex transformation programs, optimizing supply chain operations, and leading large, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization :

Conduct detailed data analysis across key supply chain functions, including :

a. Inventory Management

b. Procurement

c. Logistics

d. Distribution

- Evaluate existing supply chain systems, workflows, and operational processes

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization and cost reduction

Project & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end project delivery across :

- Transition Management

- Rollouts and Release Management

- Application Maintenance Services (AMS)

Design and implement cost-effective delivery and support models, including :

a. Application Maintenance

b. DesignBuildTestRelease engagements

c. Own project sizing, estimation, and solutioning activities

d. Ensure adherence to project financials, quality standards, and productivity improvement goals

Stakeholder & Leadership Management :

- Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-geography teams

- Collaborate with vertical and horizontal teams to :

- Support Sales teams with RFP responses

- Review RFPs and proposed solutions

- Present case studies and solution approaches during client engagements

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders

People & Performance Leadership :

Provide thought leadership in :

- Performance Management

- Resource Utilization

- Skills Development & Training

- Rewards & Recognition frameworks

- Build high-performing teams aligned to delivery excellence and business objectives

Required Skills & Expertise :

Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes :

a. Inventory

b. Procurement

c. Logistics

d. Distribution

- Proven expertise in Project Management and People Management

- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&L

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Profile :

- 15 to 18 years of experience in Project Management within the Consumer & Retail domain

- Experience managing large-scale, complex supply chain transformation programs

- Strong client-facing and presales exposure

- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
