Project Manager Capital Markets (Client Onboarding)

Location : Bangalore

Engagement : Consultant / Senior Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong Capital Markets domain exposure, particularly in client onboarding initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely execution of capital market transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Capital Markets projects, with focus on Client Onboarding

- Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, tracking, and delivery

- Coordinate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders

- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting

- Ensure adherence to Agile / Waterfall project methodologies

- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates

- Work closely with global teams and senior client stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as a Project Manager in Capital Markets domain

- Exposure to Client Onboarding processes (mandatory for onboarding role)

- Solid understanding of :

a.Capital Markets operations

b. Front / Middle / Back Office workflows

c. Regulatory & compliance considerations

- Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

- Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
