Role Overview :

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience managing Java-based development projects and strong exposure to the Banking & Payments domain. The role requires effective project tracking, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery using tools like JIRA or Zoho.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure

- Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks

- Gather and analyze client requirements; perform business analysis

- Create and maintain project plans, test plans, release plans, and documentation

- Prepare project estimates and execution strategies

- Track progress using JIRA / Zoho and provide regular status reports

- Identify risks, manage escalations, and resolve delivery challenges

- Ensure resource planning and delivery commitments

- Lead Agile ceremonies, governance calls, and client communications

- Provide timely updates and insights to senior management

Candidate Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering

- 3 to 4 years of Project Management experience

- Hands-on experience managing Java development projects

- Mandatory experience in Banking & Payments domain

- Working knowledge of JIRA and/or Zoho

- Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodology

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Immediate joiners preferred
