About the role :

Were looking for a Project Manager AI to help integrate and manage AI-driven workflows across our agency.

If youre passionate about emerging tech, creative problem-solving, and bringing structure to innovation, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across creative, strategy, media, and production teams.

- Turn business and creative needs into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

- Manage sprints, stand-ups, and cross-functional workflows.

- Oversee QA/testing of AI outputs, tools, and data workflows.

- Work with internal teams and external AI vendors to implement and optimize new tools.

- Track performance, report insights, and develop best-practice documentation.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 6 years of project management experience (agency or tech preferred).

- Strong understanding of AI tools and workflows (generative AI, automation, prompt basics).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Experience with PM platforms (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, etc.

Bonus :

- experience with generative AI tools (OpenAI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney), martech, data, or agile certification.
