About the job :

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee and drive AI & Emerging Technology initiatives within our organization.

This role combines project management, client engagement, and technology adoption, with a focus on leveraging AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and other emerging tech solutions to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Delivery :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI & Emerging Tech projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and execution plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Coordinate across technical teams, data scientists, and developers to ensure milestones are achieved on time.

- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to client/business objectives.

- Monitor risks, dependencies, and proactively mitigate project challenges.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during AI/tech project lifecycles.

- Translate client requirements into actionable project roadmaps.

- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

AI & Emerging Tech Enablement :

- Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud AI tools, Data Engineering, Automation, and related technologies.

- Contribute ideas on how to apply these technologies to client use cases.

- Support pre-sales discussions, solution demos, and PoC (Proof-of-Concept) development.

Account Growth & Expansion :

- Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts by showcasing emerging AI solutions.

- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.

- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and solution pitches for AI-led engagements.

Key Requirements :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
MBA is a plus.

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI-related domains.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (not necessarily hands-on coding).

- Excellent project management and stakeholder handling skills.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations
