Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect-level Project Manager specializing in Data & AI to lead complex, enterprise-grade initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting background, hands-on experience with external customer projects, and the ability to operate effectively within large enterprise environments. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery

- Lead and orchestrate end-to-end Data & AI projects, ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and on-time execution.

- Drive large, complex, multi-domain initiatives involving modern data platforms, analytics, MLOps, AI/ML solutions, cloud-native architectures, and data transformation programs.

- Strategize, plan, and execute project roadmaps across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Ensure project governance, risk mitigation, compliance, and documentation are adhered to at all stages.

- Own project success metrics, continuously optimizing processes to improve delivery outcomes.

Consulting & Customer Engagement :

- Work directly with external enterprise customers, leading conversations around architecture, solution design, timelines, delivery models, and value realization.

- Drive complex customer engagements, ensuring satisfaction through transparency, proactive communication, and value-driven delivery.

- Demonstrate the ability to clearly articulate and defend architectural decisions and critical projects handled in the past.

- Conduct scenario-based discussions and guide customers through strategic decision-making.

Technical & Domain Expertise :

- Serve as the senior SME for Data & AI initiatives across the GCC.

Guide teams on modern Data & AI technologies such as :

- Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines

- Big data frameworks (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop)

- Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- AI/ML workflow orchestration, model deployment & MLOps

- Analytics, BI platforms, data governance, and security best practices

- Provide technical leadership and support teams across diverse GCC domains.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management :

- Manage and influence senior stakeholders across technology, business, operations, and customer leadership teams.

- Present project health, risks, decisions, and outcomes to high-level leadership with clarity and confidence.

- Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, architecture, operations, support, and customer teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 6-8 years in Project/Program Management.

- Strong background in Data & AI, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, AI/ML, or related areas.

- Proven experience delivering consulting-led external customer projects in enterprise-scale environments.

- Demonstrated success leading large and complex deals/projects with measurable impact.

- Hands-on experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multi-layered scenarios and real-time challenges.

- Excellent communication, leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work across multiple domains when required.

- PMP Certification is mandatory.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

- Exposure to MLOps, GenAI, and advanced analytics platforms.
