Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support project planning, tracking, and delivery in alignment with PMO best practices.

- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for efficient project execution.

- Manage project resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

- Utilize tools such as JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

- Evaluate and improve project management processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Oversee project documentation, risk management, and performance reporting.

- Support troubleshooting efforts for cloud and OS-level issues when needed.

- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of error reports to improve service reliability.

Requirements :

- Skill Set : PMP, Kanban, GCP.

- Skill to Evaluate : PMO, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Resource Management, Kanban, software development.

- 6+ yrs of IT experience.

- The candidate should have practical knowledge of any cloud.

- Understand networking, VPN's, and compute infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot cloud and OS level issues(based on experience).

- Scripting knowledge(Any).

- Logical reasoning to solve real-time practical issues.

- Understand devops culture.

- Have good customer interaction skills.

Preferred :

- Understanding of microservices.

- Monitoring and analysis of error reports.
