Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Job Description :

- Work with teams at both the Program level and solution level to assist in developing strategic themes, creating program visions, and prioritizing the program backlog.

- Interacting with the Platform team or across multiple application teams and with Program leads daily to perform functional and technical requirements analysis, documentation, and validation for new and existing ML applications and Infrastructure development.

- Provide day-to-day support to cultivate and improve all team members to become productive Agile Practitioners.

- Working with teams enabling state of the art technologies in AI/ ML in Drug discovery R&D, Safety, Supply chain, Digital Health.

- Guide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team.

- Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on program and sprint backlogs.

- Assist with internal and external communication.

- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity, and

innovation.

- Drive thought leadership for next gen support processes in an Agile, automation first

environment, define best practices and knowledge management protocols.

- Understand and manage SLA against customer contracts, run war rooms for P1 issues and

manage customer escalations efficiently.

- Identify customer issues proactively, drive RCA reactively and maintain an excellent

relationship with end-users and stakeholders.

- Drive and participate in requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design

meetings and status review meetings.

- Participate and contribute in Solution Design and Solution Architecture, able to work with

functional and technical both kind of clients.

- Monitor and review the status of the project and ensure that the deliverables are on track

with respect to scope, budget and time.

- Transparently communicate the status of the project to all the stakeholders on a regular basis.

- Identify and manage risks / issues related to deliverables and arrive at mitigation plans to

resolve the issues and risks.

- Seek proactive feedback continuously to identify areas of improvement.

- Ensure the team is creating and maintaining the knowledge artifacts with reference to the

project deliverables.

- Interview, Hire and evaluate people suitable for team role.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Experience of managing Products and Platforms.

- Proven experience in project planning, estimation, execution and implementation of medium to large projects.
