Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager IT to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across enterprise systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects

- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule

Technical Oversight :

- Evaluate risks and dependencies; proactively address roadblocks

Stakeholder Management :

- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to executive leadership

Agile Project Leadership :

- Maintain product backlogs, sprint boards, and track deliverables using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Team Coordination :

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across distributed teams

Quality & Compliance :

- Support UAT cycles, production readiness, and post-launch reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role

- Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud-based solutions

- Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving integrations, CMS, ERP, or custom platforms

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred

- Hands-on experience with project tools : Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks

- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
