Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Role : Project Manager/Scrum Master

Scrum Master Deliverables :

- Help squads achieve their committed sprint deliverables and remain aware of guidance and tools to ensure best practices are leveraged in squad coaching.

- Work with squads or outside parties on removing roadblocks requiring escalation and help surface and problem-solve squad level impediments.

- Foster a squad culture of psychological safety, collaboration, transparency, self-organization, creativity, continuous improvement, and risk management.

- Facilitate all sprint and release events, support the Product Owner on release planning, and shield the squad from external interference to ensure the squad is fully functional and productive

- Act as a change agent and promote high-performing squad behaviour.

Project Manager Deliverables :

- Coordinate activities for Agile-Based IT delivery projects and support the day-to-day activities of the PMO staff.

- Work with the Product Owner and technology leads to manage project scope, budget, and timelines.

- Ensure that project goals and deliverables are met and manage stakeholder relationships.

- Report on project and program progress and milestones, manage scope, schedule, and budget through the project lifecycle.

- Identify and manage impediments and report on delivered value and key performance indicators.
