Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive end-to-end delivery of FinTech projects with precision and ownership. You will manage planning, execution, client communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead daily scrums, allocate tasks, and track team progress.

- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.

- Monitor and report project performance using industry-standard tools.

- Coordinate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders across the SDLC.

- Drive problem-solving during implementation and ensure timely resolutions.

- Ensure timely project delivery through effective resource and priority management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

- Maintain project documentation for alignment, transparency, and compliance.

Skills Required :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in FinTech (LOS/LMS exposure preferred).

- Certified Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Understanding of product development processes across front-end and back-end technologies.

- Working knowledge of relational databases.

- Vendor and third-party management experience.

- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and testing skills.

- Highly organized and process-driven with multi-project handling capability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong technical writing skills.

- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

- Certification or diploma in Project Management is an added advantage.
