Role Overview : We're looking for an experienced Project Manager skilled in agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to join our growing software development team.

Youll manage and lead our hybrid onshore/offshore development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of SaaS applications critical to our services.

Level : Mid to Senior-level

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 10 to 12 years managing software development projects, ideally within an Agile environment.

Agile Certification : Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) highly desirable.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.

Technical Knowledge :

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and sprint management.

Familiarity with software development processes, including front-end and backend technologies such as Python and React, and an understanding of ticketing and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Manage project tickets, backlog grooming, sprint velocity, and resource allocation.

- Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore development teams to ensure smooth workflow, clear requirements, and timely delivery.

- Continuously monitor team performance and make adjustments to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Identify and mitigate risks proactively and communicate project statuses clearly and regularly to stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Proven track record managing hybrid (onshore/offshore) development teams.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve project goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-cultural teams.

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Background working in tax, financial services, or professional services industries.

- Familiarity with compliance, security considerations, and best practices within technology projects.

Work Environment :

- Experience coordinating with both onshore and offshore team members is essential.

Reporting Structure :

- The Project Manager will report directly to the Senior Product Owner or equivalent leadership role.
