Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably within the Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple projects across diverse teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Operations to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; create and execute effective mitigation plans.

- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

- Drive execution excellence and ensure accountability across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in Fintech or technology-driven environments.

- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project (MPP), JIRA, Asana, or Trello.

- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to make decisions and drive results under pressure.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master / SAFe) are highly preferred.
