About the Role :

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager with 34 years of experience in software development project management, ideally within client-facing or digital services environments. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and manage project risks and dependencies. Your strong grasp of agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices will be crucial in driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Manage day-to-day execution to ensure on-time delivery of software projects.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates and status reports.

- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

- Manage project scope changes, identify and mitigate risks proactively, and resolve issues that could impact project delivery or quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers to allocate resources effectively and remove blockers.

- Track project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial and schedule targets are met. Escalate potential deviations promptly.

- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 4 years of project management experience in software development projects, preferably in client-facing or digital services roles.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively.

- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Notion, Slack, and Figma.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
