We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver IT enterprise projects using Agile practices. This role involves driving high-impact technology initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, quality-focused delivery that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT enterprise projects.

- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.

- Track progress, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership and clients.

- Ensure compliance with quality, timelines, and budget constraints.

- Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA or PMP/CSM preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in managing IT enterprise projects in Agile environments.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

- Experience with cross-functional, multi-location teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and enterprise IT systems.

- Advantageous: BFSI/FinTech domain, exposure to APIs, microservices, Blockchain, AI/ML, SaaS, or cloud-native projects.
