About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation of Chat360 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Ownership : Plan, manage, and execute client implementation projects from kick-off to delivery.

- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, expectations, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Timeline Management : Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring on-time execution.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges and ensure timely resolution.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain proper project documentation, progress reports, and implementation records.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure delivery meets functional requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

- Process Optimization : Continuously improve project workflows, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management (preferably SaaS, IT, or B2B technology).

- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.
