Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete project lifecycle : planning, execution, monitoring, rollout, and support.

- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, departments, vendors, and implementation partners.

- Prepare and manage project documentation: DPR, SRS, BRD, timelines, MIS, MPR/QPR.

- Monitor scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; ensure compliance with govt guidelines.

- Oversee testing, UAT, approvals, and go-live sign-offs.

- Track vendor performance, billing, and deliverables.

- Present progress and reports to senior officials (IAS / PSU leadership).

Requirements :

- 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in Project / Program Management.

- Proven experience in Government / PSU / PMU / e-Governance projects.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid models.

- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, dashboards, and compliance documentation.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

- Experience with ERP / MIS / e-Gov / Power / Urban / Revenue / IT systems preferred.

- B. E. /B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc (IT/CS).

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification - preferred.
