Job Description

Description :


- 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development, infrastructure, or cloud projects.

- Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :


Project Initiation :


- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Planning & Scheduling :


- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Execution & Monitoring :


- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts, etc.)

- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to project scope.

Stakeholder & Client Management :


- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ensure clear communication of project expectations, progress, and issues.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts proactively.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management :


- Implement QA processes to ensure deliverables meet client and business standards.

Project Closure :


- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved by operations/support teams.

- Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications & Skills :


Education & Experience :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum, SAFe), or similar certification preferred.

Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and IT security principles.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
