Responsibilities :


- Planning, Monitor & Reporting of various Project Management related activities.

- Customize Project planning approach as per the Characteristics of the project

- Must have experience both in terms of Leadership & Management

- Strategies project objectives, System Architecture & related resource planning

- Goal Setting & Mentor the team accordingly

- Adherence to best Project Management Practices in Agile environment

- Good exposure to Continuous Development & Integration methodology.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate feedback into future projects.


- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.


- Ensure effective communication among developers, testers, designers, and other team members.


- Address team conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.


- Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.


- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.


- Compile project reports, lessons learned, and technical documentation.


- Transfer completed projects to the client or operational team.


- Oversee the initial support period after project delivery.


Skills and Competencies :

- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
