Description : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (4-5 years) to lead and deliver multiple software development projects, especially in Desktop and Mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Experience : 10+ Years (Project Manager 4-5 Years Experience)

Location : Bangalore

Education : Bachelors degree in CS/IS/E&C or MCA or MTech

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Allocate resources and track progress across milestones

- Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly status reviews

- Identify risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and remove blockers

- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

- Ensure deliverables meet quality and technical standards

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Project Management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall

- Experience managing Desktop/Mobile app development projects

- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Trello

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
