Key Responsibilities :


1. Project Planning & Execution :


- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.


- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation documents.


- Track progress against milestones and report status updates to leadership and client stakeholders.


- Manage change requests, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.


- Implement agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).


2. Cross-Functional Coordination :


- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and UX/UI teams to clarify requirements and prioritize project tasks.


- Coordinate with banking and payment partners for API integrations, sandbox testing, certification, and compliance approvals.


- Act as the primary liaison for client onboarding, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.


- Facilitate cross-departmental syncs and maintain documentation across project phases.


3. Risk & Issue Management :


- Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks early.


- Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.


- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and data security standards such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.


- Drive timely resolution of issues impacting delivery, coordinating with internal and external teams as needed.


4. Client Delivery & Relationship Management :


- Lead client-facing implementation projects from kickoff through UAT and go-live.


- Ensure seamless deployment and adoption of StavPay modules including invoice capture, approvals, payment center, and reporting.


- Gather client feedback and relay insights to product and engineering for continuous enhancement.


- Build strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients and maintain post-go-live support coordination.


5. Operational Excellence :


- Establish repeatable frameworks and best practices for implementation, release management, and quality assurance.


- Analyze project metrics, conduct retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure process consistency across client engagements.


- Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and process optimization initiatives within the PMO.


Qualifications & Experience :


- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).


- 5- 8 years of experience in project management or client delivery, preferably within FinTech, Banking, or Payments domains.


- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation of payment solutions, ERP integrations, or digital platforms.


- Strong understanding of API integrations, compliance certifications (PCI, ISO, SOC), and payment gateway operations.


- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and agile delivery frameworks. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong plus.
