Project Manager

What youll be doing :

- Collaborate with functional units to identify, define, and document business requirements.

- Act as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical experts.

- Track, monitor, and document project changes during execution.

- Identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes and client satisfaction.

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and training support to team members.

- Conduct regular project reviews with internal and client stakeholders.

- Ensure development teams are aligned with organizational updates.

- Deliver structured and impactful presentations to stakeholders.

- Proactively resolve or escalate issues to ensure smooth delivery.

- Consistently achieve desired CSAT levels.

- Monitor project progress and present reports to senior management.

- Participate in pre-UAT testing to validate application quality.

What skills are we looking for ?

- Minimum 18+ months of hands-on Project Management experience (Exposure to Waterfall, Agile, and related methodologies).

- PMP certification is highly desirable.

- Proven experience leading and managing teams of 7+ members.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
