About The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end project tracking, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.

In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, this role will also include requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, functioning as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead, plan, and track multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.

- Facilitate project governance, status updates, and stakeholder reporting.

- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and cost.

Business Analysis & Documentation :

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.

- Maintain project-related documentation including BRDs, SRS, meeting notes, and trackers.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and tracking.

- Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project / JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel / PowerPoint.

- Background in Microsoft Power apps, Broking Industry and Fund Management is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus.

- 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to Business Analysis.
