We're seeking a passionate Project Manager to join our team in the ITES sector. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, delivering, and managing high-value projects that directly impact business outcomes and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end customer project delivery, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality goals are achieved.

- Oversee project financials including P&L management, cost control, and reliable financial forecasting.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing projects; act as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk

deals.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company with professionalism and trust.

- Lead and mentor a project team of up to 20 members, providing feedback, performance input, and skill development.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive timely and successful execution of projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 6-9 years of experience in project management within IT/ITES or related industries.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field (PMP certification preferred or on certification path).

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, financial tracking, and risk handling.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
